A student and follower of Dr. Zhong. Living in China since 2006, she studied the culture, traditions, lifestyle and attitudes towards health — which allowed her to understand the foundations of Chinese traditional medicine and, as a result, Chinese longevity.
While at university she swam for the university team, then continued her career as a fitness, bodybuilding and health-training instructor (Diploma of the Russian Bodybuilding Federation, Certificate of the Weider College of Fitness & Bodybuilding). Applying Dr. Zhong's methods in sport has helped many people improve their quality of life and athletes reach new heights.
